OCK Cares is collecting 900 applications to make this "In God We Trust" license plate a reality for Kentucky citizens. There are now two ways to apply for this plate.
1) Apply online by making a $25 deposit. ROCK Cares will fill out your application based on the information given with your deposit.
2) Download the application. Fill out your name and address. Submit the application with a $25 check made payable to ROCK Cares Foundation to our our office, 1717 Alliant Ave., Suite 21A, Louisville, KY 40299.
