Clarksville Town Council Meeting

ROCK and concerned citizens came to the Clarksville Town Council meeting on April 4, 2011 to address the Clarksville Town Council regarding a new zoning ordinance proposal. The ordinance was passed unanimously before ROCK had the opportunity to speak. You can read ROCK's concerns with the ordinance which creates a red light district in Clarksville and is much less restrictive than the 2005 sexually oriented business ordinance.
